We don't just ship the boxes
Training, imagery, artwork and fixtures — the things that decide whether a range sells after launch week.
training
Four ways we train your team
Whoever sells the range gets taught it — crew at their base, retail teams on board, head office and store staff, or live online for teams spread across the network.
In person, at your base
Airline crew days
A session with cabin crew before a range goes live: what each product does, which one to recommend for which concern, and how to talk about the devices in the time a trolley service allows. Crew try the products themselves, which is what makes them sell.
In person, on board
On board cruise ships
We train the retail team where they sell, on the ship. The same ingredient story, adapted to a spa or retail space, plus how to run a mask bar and how to build a basket around a single mask.
In person, at HQ or in store
Head office and in-store teams
For buyers, category teams and store staff: the range, the sustainability credentials, the planogram and the reasons behind it. Useful at listing stage and again at launch.
Live online, recorded on request
Virtual training
Live remote sessions for teams spread across bases or ships, with refresher material for new starters so the range keeps selling long after launch week.

proof
Training moves the numbers
After team training with Avolta on board NCL Prima, sales of the range rose 75%.
